Give them what they want!

As the owner of a mobile locksmiths service Manchester Locksmith it has fast become more obvious that we’re in the age of money off, for this, percentage discounts for that – no call out charge even if you’ve had a service and decided against it here, cash deals there – how do you survive as a company?

The best form advice? Give them what they want! So I decided that instead of working out how to get out of handing out discounts to the Old Aged Pensioners – the Graduates – the lone parents, or the no call out charge when you arrive at a lock out at 4.00am in the morning and the intoxicated person has found their keys in their pocket – and claims you stated no call out charge as they shut the door behind them! I took on a new policy – do exactly what you say you will….

Locksmiths Manchester. has chomped on the bullet – and if we say no call out charge – regardless of what time of day or the reasons for the call – you will not be charged a penny! You’ll just pay the labour cost!

If you’re an OAP, or a graduate that locks yourself out or needs to look at additional security – ask for money off and you’ll get it!
