Later Hollywood grabbed the cookie diet. This diet received a great deal of media attention in part because of the PR efforts of attention grabbing stars and starlets. Like the original cookie diet this Hollywood version replaced breakfast and lunch with cookies, then allowed a reasonable dinner. Each cookie contains approximately 150 calories, loaded with fiber, protein and 13 vitamins and minerals.

There are multiple reasons why ERP fails as new systems are deployed into companies. Outside of the two primary factors, poor sponsorship and or leadership engagement and lack of project manager experience, there are six elements of why ERP fails that should be considered as companies consider ERP transformation:
1.Lack of User Involvement – Without user involvement nobody in the business feels committed the ERP system, and can even be hostile towards its utilization within daily management. Users need to be involved from the start, and continuously throughout the development. This requires time and effort which sometimes is not high on an organizations priority.
2.Poor Requirements Definition – Too often, ERP projects have high level and vague requirements. This has led to cases where IT developers, having no input from the users, build what they believe is needed, without having any real knowledge of the business. Inevitably when the system is delivered business users say it does not do what they need it to support the business need.
3.No Change Control – Business change is happening at a faster rate than ever before. So it is not realistic to expect no change in requirements while an ERP system is being built. Uncontrolled changes will play havoc with an ERP system under development and will cause many project failures.
4.Scope Creep – Scope Creep is the insidious growth in the scale of an ERP system during the life of a project. Scope outlines the holistic measure of the project’s implementation; therefore, the slightest change in the effort’s scope can have severe ramifications between module dependencies being implemented properly.
5.Unrealistic Time Scales – Long timescales for a project have led to ERP systems being delivered for products and services no longer in use. The business model has surpassed the system’s ability to support the business need. Time scales should be short so that the project team can deliver the appropriate ERP solution to end-users.
6.Lack of Sub-Project and Deliverable Integration – Misunderstanding deliverable dependencies and the architecture of an ERP system’s expected support features is critical. Without clear relationships mapped between modules, project failure is certain.
As is outlined above there are six fundamental elements to consider why ERP fails. Taking these six factors into account can separate the difference between successfully implementing a system and failing to meet customer requirements.

I really haven’t much gotten to speak on my weblog quite as much as I would’ve liked, owing to the fact that I’ve been running around town with my pops fuel his incredibly wacky midlife crisis. True, I guess it’s not as crazy as it might be. How it went, I mean how he showed up was he got all done up like the Fonz, and drop by to my place and proclaim to me, in his hippest dialect: “Hop in, boy, we’re going out scouting for some classic Mustangs for sale. You better believe it, brother, I’m going to make this thing happen.”
And so my Dad and I were on our way to a couple of those weird classic car places that I’m always pretty much sure are part of some organized crime ring, and I am just awed the old man wrote a check within just a few minutes, for an extremely shiny classic Ford automobile. It’s quite purchase. It sounded great too.
You’ll notice I put that in a past tense. It sounded perfect until it seized up completely. The old man informs me that it’s a pretty simple fix and all he needs is the right part. The problem is, it may not be as straightforward to get your hands on 1965 Mustang parts as it was like three decades years ago, but my pop informs me there is a really good-sized availability for them to this day. As far as my Dad tells me the nicest way to buy parts for 1969 Mustangs is by way of web auctions, since you can find them rebuilt and sometimes even brand new. They might not be available for a nominal fee, though… I mean, we’re talking about thirty year old automobile parts.
Not the worst midlife crisis ever, I guess. He could’ve bought himself a toupee.

There are many foods that you need to be aware of that are laden with cholesterol. It is important that you are aware of the many types of foods for the sake of your family’s health.

Interesting enough, a sheep or beef brain is on the top of the list for the most cholesterol in foods. Makes you wanna run out and buy a couple, eh? Well, rest assured I won’t be anytime soon!! That is for sure.
Next on the list is fish oil. While there are many good attributes for it, there are also precautions that you must know about. Fish oil has a lot of cholesterol.
Chicken liver anyone? – Well, coming in as number three on the list is tasty chicken liver. I think that I will pass on this one as well. I am sure that many of us will.
Raw eggs (especially the yolk) – I am sure that there are many people out there who love the incredible edible egg, right? Yeah, I do but it doesn’t like us so we need to eat them in moderation.
Beef bi-products – Liver or tongues anyone? Nah, I didn’t think so. There are many people who like to fry up a batch now and again. If the grease isn’t bad enough, then eat some bi-products to add more to your already high cholesterol.
Canned crustaceans? – Uhm you mean as in shrimp and fish? I don’t think so. There are many that you think in your mind are very good for you. So since they are ‘good’ for you, you decide to go ahead and fry them; making them better? I sincerely doubt it. They are still high in cholesterol.
Fast foods – Well, this is definitely a no-brainer (to say the least). Uhm, maybe or maybe not, who knows. Maybe you didn’t know that those morning biscuits and sausage were loaded with all the fattening grease? Perhaps you don’t think about it while driving down the road on your way to work? Who knows, but now you do.
Pork anyone? – Did you know that pork is high in fat and cholesterol already. They are some of the nastiest animals and eat just about anything. They are full of cholesterol and sadly enough, many people fry them in grease.
There are many types of food that are loaded with cholesterol. We can choose to be knowledgeable in what we do or we can continue feeding our bodies junk. The choice is yours!
