What should I look for when hunting for a spyware program?

Also, make a point to find a program that is able to find and destroy a wide variety of spyware infections.  There are millions of different types of infections so make sure that the spyware remover you choose has a large library of infections that it hunts for.  Without this, your computer will never be completely protected.  I can’t stress this point enough – if you’re spyware remover isn’t one that can find all the threats out there, your computer isn’t safe.

Lastly, look for a program that is made by a company that provides strong customer support.  Realistically, you won’t ever need to get technical support for a spyware remover since they are simple to install and run, but I always think it reflects positively on the program if it is backed by a company that pays attention to their customer.  It’s always a good idea to read spyware reviews to check up on this point.]
